I removed the engine steady bracket to repair a cracked crossmember but stupidly didn't measure the bracket's position.
Could some kind soul give me the dimension from the top of the cross member down to the bracket (see arrow in photo).

Haven't got one to measure but it will be the same as the assembled engine steady bar.

Yes, problem is I haven't got a steady bar with rubbers at the moment.

here you are sir.. 28mm from the top of the croosmember tothe top of the bracket. Just in case it is 84mm from the right side of the left strengthener to the bracket. Hope that helps.
