my mini sitting high on the passenger side compared to the right ,ive had a look a few times and cant work out whats rong , the drivers side is just as low as it always has been but the pasengers is high

Because there is more weight on the drivers side of the car than the passenger side, so the suspension on the drivers side settles quicker.
