Hi Luke, She is only 1.6. but with standard 130bhp. Time I get the 20v throttle bodys sorted and a good zorst system it should be good for 140-150 ish hopfully. Cheers Neil.

You want a Magnex or Mongoose zoorst, but keep the standard manifold if you can - they're very good for flow.
Go here for tuning tips http://www.billzilla.org/4agmods.htm I doubt you'll get 140-150 just from throttle bodies and an exhaust - Cams are the way to go - the engine is pretty highly tuned to start with. (Throttle bodied ones sound awesome though)
They don't take to kindly to turbos - the GZE is a much better starting point it you want to fit one.

That's the big port Red Top Tvis Mr2 engine 122bhp when new.

Nope she's a small port red top the last from an ae92 corolla mated to a mr2 gearbox
AE-92 Corolla the small port 4AGE (non-TVIS) made its debut, with 100kw or 134hp. thats from your link in Bill Sherwoods words

That ol go some wiv the GZE in it... I've not had the funds to go mad on the engine I blagged the engine for doing some work on another car got the throttle bodys for me birthday, n scraped and scrounged for all the tube from work. But it's gettin there now
