Looking for a new 1380cc engine for a Midget but i don't know which company to use. there are many companies which do these engines mini sport, med etc but which is a complete engine and which ones produces the most torque and bhp for endurance road rallies.

I have the basis of a 1380 for sale. Its a A-series block modified to 73.5mm bore. Crank which has been balanced and reground and more. see my for sale post. Needs pistons, rods and a camshaft of your choice to complete it.

MED seem to do some real top class work. If you go for Morspeed have a good long chat with them before hand about when you need the engine done and exactly what you want, They're having a rocky time at the moment but the work is very good there also (at least it used to be).

There are other places such as MLM motorsport who do engine builds,... they're not purely and engine place though so i don't know how long it would take ACDodd to rustle one up, but it'd be top quality for sure.

really?? I have a twin cam engine on order with morspeed, they seemed really busy when i went and placed the order??

so what problems have you had with morspeed??

it must have been a pretty bad experience you had to warrant such a malicious comment??
