The problem I am having is the previous owner has rounded off two of the bolts that hold the passenger door on, one at the top and one at the bottom.

I have a new door to put on with hinges as the old one it absolutly knackered but obviously cant get the old one off and its driving me mad.

I could anglegrind the bottom bolt off but im not sure how i would do the top bolt.

I did try a nut splitter to no pre vail

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Try a set of Grip Sockets. :) shiftyseamus recommended some to me when I was trying to get my doors off. I spent an hour trying to get the doors off until I decided to buy these sockets, then the nuts came right off straight away.

I find owning a Dremel useful

That and the use of a cutting disk... cut into the Nut through to the Bolt
than whack the cut with a chisel or thick screwdriver to separate / split the bolt.

Ive got a set of these, theyre awesome!

If theyre really tight as well as rounded, soak them in penetrating oil then get them hot with a blow torch, then get some more oil on while theyre hot, then get a gripper socket on and it will come off.

If it doesn't it needs to be cut off.
