i have seen the price of door cards and just wondered if i could do some myself as mine are held on by the door trim basically all the rivets have been ripped out, how would i make some with rivets, could i use the existing ones that i still ahve and what could i make them out of, anyone any ideas or anyone ever done this cheers

What do you mean rivets? :) Mine are held on with little plastic clips that you can get off ebay...

Ahh kk, well then yeah, there little plastic clips! Clicky...

And dont make the mistake I did, the ones that look the same in Halfords are too small! :)

yeah but they have ripped the door card being yanked off so now the cards are no good so was going to make some door cards any ideas cheers

any ideas on how i can make some out of wood or something but any ideas on fitting them to the door because i cant put origional clips in can i

Here it is again...............
...I reckon all you need is some 3mm masterboard, let's face it, it's only a square of wood after all, held in with a couple of pins on the bottom and tucked under the little metal strip.

Just use the old ones as a template and cut the holes in the same place... job done!

i have seen these looks as though they go though the door card and not underneath it, anyone know which ones will fit a mini, here is the link cheers

just use the old doorcard as a template and make some new ones, worked for me, and you can use the plastic poppers to secure it too
