i feel very glad for you! you must think you're the luckiest guy alive many years ago i had a serious crash in a mini and got away with it. (with a few fractures like you)

i also think your brave for being honest and actually admitting that you were driving too fast. not a lot of people do that.

does go to show that although minis handle really well they can easily get out of control. hopefully the rest of us can learn something from this.

Only just read this, bloomin eck I'm so shocked you got out of that alive! I've seen cars less wrecked that have been fatals! and this is a mini, unbelievable!

just looking at this again still shocking! but iam actually amazed non of the lights got smashed and the wheels look fine i bet that u could still get parts of this on to another mini, besides hope ur on the mend

Oh my god '_' Glad you didn't come off TOO badly, that's the most important thing! As jonnymm put it, hope you're on the mend!! But there's no denying it, it is a huge shame about the car... especially when you look at the interior. Thats the bit that really made my eyes water, both looking at the mangled seats and imagining somebody sat in them...

Very very lucky, 13" wheels on wet roads are *rubbish* mine skids all over the place.
