Quick question for somebody with the knowledge

A long time ago i read a thread about setting up spax adjustable dampers. But can i find it for the life of me now ? Noooooo

Anyway i remember it said turn the knob fully in one direction and then turn it so many clicks back in the opposite direction and this should give a you a good starting point?

Can anybody remember the specifics?

Thx Stu

I think the thread advised setting at "mid point" - to do this, wind it down as far as it can go anti-clockwise (soft), then wind it all the way in clockwise (hard) then take it back to half way?
I think my Spax Kryptons had 30 positions (or 28???) so I did as above then took it back to about 10 clicks from bottom.
It all depends on how new/old you suspension rubbers, cones and knuckles are?
