Is there a reference chart out there that specifies all the bolt sizes and lengths used on a mini or can you buy a complete set somewhere- stainless steel perhaps?

Somerford Minis pdf's are pretty good.

So is the MOSS catalogues.

I was thinking just a list with just the bolts and nuts rather than a whole catalogue

I have a fair idea of what fits where, but putting down on paper what is in the grey cells is one of those tasks one never has time for...

There is - in the back of the Moss online catalogue. You really need the whole catalogue to show what goes where - knowing the dimensions of a SF600101 is pretty meaningless otherwise.

It's also not automatically a good idea to replace everything with stainless - it won't be as strong as the original HT steel stuff.
