No, it isnt offencive, but it is aginst the law! Do you not think the media have their names already?no, being racist etc is offending,
putting names of 3 mudering scumbags is not,
I agree with everything else Bounce has said but didn't want to quote it all as well as type because this post would be about a mile long if I did
Anyway, it may not offend people to put the names of the mother and men who in effect killed Baby P, but it is illegal and the legal proceedings have already been stalled (at least I think it's this case..or is it the Shannon one :S I get confused...but it's still relevant) because of their identities being leaked. By people outing them as it were, you're just delaying them being sentenced.
I don't think anyone within their right minds is going to disagree that it was horrific what was done to the child but it doesn't make it right for people to take the law in to their own hands.
And for people who have not had access to the news, basically a mother and her partner (not father of the child I believe) as well as a lodger basically battered an infant over a prolonged period of time, during which Child Services were investigating them, but Baby P wasn't taken in to care even though it was advised several times, apparently the grandmother told them he was being abused but she was ignored, doctor's reports either missed injuries or they were ignored etc etc Hence the blame on the council for not picking up on the signs.
If you want more details, I'm sure a google search will pick up a lot of sites.

I'm not condoning the actions of those barstewards, It's pretty sick what they've done but all of a sudden it's in every news agents i walk in and the occasional times i watch tv its all over that as well. They need punishing but why all the hype over this 1 case??
Where were the masses of people layin flowers and crying for the poor kids in Iraq and Afghanistan who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and got limbs, lives and family blown away?
Kinda unfair aint it?

I know this sounds insensitive and I'm probably goin' to get a shed load of abuse for this but.. Hasn't this been happening all over the world for hundreds of years? why is this case so special?

Well to be fair this has happened in the UK and not the first time has the authorities messed up in the same area.
So it would be a crime if it wasn't highlighted so hopefully it doesn't happen yet again.

That has no bearing on this topic what-so-ever!
Where were all the afghan's, Iraqi's and Iranians laying flowers for the thousands of families that lost someone in 9/11 or 7/11?
No bearing what-so-ever.
