The exact details I'm not sure of due to 1976 being the change over year.
The Pre '76 subframes had two turret bolts, and come in either 'wet' (hydrolastic), or 'dry' (rubber cone) suspension guises.
The Post '76 subframes have single turret bolts, and come in dry suspension guise only.
A photo of where the suspension mounts to the bulkhead may help.
Both single and twin bolt front subframes are easily available, I bought a dry front subby for £30 off a forum member,
I will soon have for sale:
- a wet twin bolt front subframe.
- a dry single bolt front subframe.
Well I say soon, probably Spring.

Well if it's a 1976 Clubman, then it's dry suspension as Hydrolastic was dropped in July 1971.

76 is the change over year,my old 76 gt was a single bolt, but the other 76 clubby was a twin bolt.

Yes it'll need the early front subby.
