the clarke ces 500A, simply because its £10 cheaper than the other, yet looks exactly the same design as the smaller sealey one. as for compatibility with an a-series, i dont know. but im sure therell be a way to do it. and if not ill find a way to make it work. i cant find any stands other than clarke, sealey and draper though, theres nothing specifically mini.

think im going to order now without the discount code. got work early tomorrow so wont have time. also wondering if i should get a floodlight and heater too. decisions :dontgetit:

the only thing i would be worried about is supporting the whole weight of an engine and gearbox on the two fuel pump bolts, any ideas?

get an adapter and mount it to the alternator mount, much better than the fuel as the casting it fairly thin around there, also it wont be as well balanced, but the stand is well capable of holding the weight... I currently have a 2ltr Merc twin cam sat on one...

Ideally you want two 1/2" bolts to attch through to the alternator mounting. Can you get two of the arms to swing together that close?

Spitfire bob use to make them, but not sure if he's still in the mini scene...

If there's enough demand I could probably get some made.
