Ok boffins.
My cousin has a 318 BMW with an Alpine CD Changer but poo original HU but he wants to fit his Pioneer DVD HU to fit into it.
So my question is, can you get an adaptor cable/lead to plug the Alpine Changer into the Pioneer HU??
Please help.

Wouldn't have thought so mate. Hence why they tend to use proprietary connections.
