Ok, so there's plenty of people on here that use electric RC cars, but are there any others that do nitro ones?? Not heard anything, so I'm just wondering... I've built one from scratch, and fully rebuilt 2. The one i built was a cheapo Smartech one, it was completely not assembled but fairly easy to put together, goes well, it's sturdy and reliable and was really really cheap from here!! Rebuilt a Savage 25, my baby, with a .46 helicopter engine, extended chassis plates, rollcage, 3 speed, huge wheels and many many other things. Also rebuilt a classic Kyosho Sandmaster that was rather poorly when I bought it, it's in pieces at the moment but i did rebuild it...
What's anybody else got??

Anybody Else Do Nitro Rc Cars On Here?

Ive got myself a thunder tiger 2wd rally car which has a .15 engine on it. I hadnt used it in years till a few months back so i had to replace the clutch and the pull start on it aswell as un-seize the engine and then reset all the carb needle as the engine was well out of tune once i finally got her up and running.
I just messed about with all the settings on the car, i want to rebuild it next year with a bigger engine and uprate the shocks, wheels, brakes and put a different body shell on it but its about the money they aint exactly cheap

in total i have 10 rc cars (dont ask) 3 planes and a helicopter,
the majority of the cars are just rolling chassis with steering servos as i cant be bothered to swap them round.
i think 3 of my cars are nitro. they are a lightning hotbodies 1/8 thing, a hpi rs4 pro3 with all the goodies and a hpi savage with a 46 engine and a landrover defender shell.
although my little rc18t electric truck is the quickest at about 70mph, it has a brushless motor and an 11.1v lipo battery
its a bit hard to control because it has so much power that it flips over at full speed and if you floor it from a standstill the driveshafts and diffs will disintegrate

fire up me rush evo today after 5 months of not being used. all was good fun untill a screw came out that holds the engine in place which made the engine move and chew up my spur gear
ive had for it about 4 years and its the first time its broke something
