Righty o! i'm having a bit of trouble with my clutch arm, theres very little movement in it.
I used to have a 1098 (pre-verto) and have just a put a 1275 (pre-verto) in the other day, i was going to use the 1275 'wok' but the threads for the engine mounts were gone so i ended up using the 'wok' from the 1098 i don't know if they're different i just thought it'd be worth mentioning. I'm also using the slave cylinder that was used with the 1098 too.
The clutch release bearing was replaced and i'm using the plunger and arm from the 1275 wok but the clutch arm seems to have very little movement in it (about 5mm) so i cant get the arm to engage with the slave and i can't see why
any ideas on where i've gone wrong?
cheers!

does the pedal get hard and not let you press more? that could be the clutch throw out needing to be set well

Is the slave already bolted to the transfer housing? If so then you'll need to unbolt it to put the actuator rod into it.
As I'm sure you know its only held in place by the recess inside the slave cylinder, but to actually get it into place you'll need to unbolt the slave cylinder as you won't be able to move the clutch arm against the pressure of the diaphragm (at least not by hand, if you've got a lever you may be able to move it).
Not sure if I've got the right end of the stick there, but it sounds like you just need to unbolt the slave, and then slot it all back together with the clutch arm actuator rod inside the slave cylinder.
If I've misunderstood then sorry

turns out the slave is seized, i'm gonna take it off and free it up tomorow, its only 9 months old so it should be fne to use!
