You'll probably get a better response on Mini2.Com as this forum is mainly for the classic/original Issigonis Mini.

mab01uk (<link) is TMF's most MINI knowledgeable member I believe - you could try sending him a PM :strongsad:

Are you sure your washers are not just frozen?

Open the bonnet. Remove the front drivers side black plastic wheel arch liner (several plastic clips and screws), behind the A panel you will see the washer bottle and pump. Push out from behind the plastic indicator repeater / side vent trim and you can then access the washer reservoir, pump motor & fixings. The washer motor runs in 2 directions to pump water to both the front and rear washers. The motor relays are hidden behind the main passenger compartment fuse box.
Let me know if you need any more help on this or as Minili said you can send me a PM on any BMW MINI topics.

You can find all the part numbers for BMW's and MINI's online here:-

http://www.realoem.com/

(Enter your VIN Number or scroll down the menu and pick MINI R50 - Cooper - 2003)

Looks like part number:

03 PUMP WINDSHIELD WASHER   Qty 1   up to 01/2005   67128377429

Superseded by: 67126963854

Diagram here:-

Are you sure the pump has gone, they get blocked up with the washer fluid/anti freeze going into a solid mass, try washing it out with hot water.

The technical advice has not changed and is still valid so why not revive an old thread if it helps?

This is one of the major advantages of Forums over Facebook groups which have already killed off or reduced traffic on many useful car forums like TMF........
