any reason on why you want to start with an ecotec?

From what ive seen they are easier and cheaper to get hold of, its just to get the mini sorted and on the road really then save up for a hotrod tunned redtop later on.
I have an ecotec last year which i brought for £60 but sold it wish i kept it now.

personally i dnt think u should use a cav gsi, because they are a future classic and they are bein taken off the road in there hundreds for their engines and gearboxes. there aint guna be any left at this rate! when i do mine im going to use a corsa redtop as a donor car. im not bein a tw*t or nefin. just my opinion
