My dream is to do a vtec conversion to my mini

I was wandering if any one on here has allready done it, and wats to share some advice or tips? :wink:

Well I've been looking into for about a year now. I picked up a Vtec subframe a few weeks back, but I won't know when I can start the project until I get back from Spain in September.

But I'll happily answer any questions you might have?
