ok i got a dashboard from ebay plain mdf one and i would like to no what type of hinges and locks or openings to use on the glove box and where i could find them. i would like an opening so when u push the glove box in at the top it pops open but wouldnt no where to start looking for one of them lol

those catches that up push to open are just cabinet catches any decent diy store will do them, as for the hinges hobby craft do a large selection of different sized small hinges for use on dolls houses but would do the trick.

Courtney, we are able to help. We can supply a kit that contains all required to create a door in a dash. The catch is not the push type but a roller ball. Give Ian a call 01980 626980 and he will be able to talk through your requirements.

We can also supply fitting kits for the dash if you also need.
