what is the best way to go about this?
the windows, frames & runners are all removed at present so i have a blank canvas.
ps how much of a pig are the window frames to re-fit as i can't see how to get the top clips which are riveted along the top of the rear side window area to fit into the frames.

I'm going to do the same with my CE. Think you will need this:

They are not perfect but it's only visible when a real van is put next to it.
Done some photoshop of what i'm going to do :

(Not my estate, mine is a rotbox at the moment)
