Now, since I've been a member of TMF I have tried a couple of times to set up a decent IOw club or website or something.
Always failed epically because theres only been a couple of us.
Now, I know there are lots more now...
Also, if you are in soton or pmouth or anywhere, relatives on the island, youre welcome to join us too
At the moment I'm just guaging interest, so if youre interested in joining a club (free of charge!) on the island, which will have monthly events to start, socials, etc, etc, please reply here, give me a PM, email me, text me blah blah blah, most of my contact info can be found on my profile (click my name here).
Just let me know!
And I will set something up starting in the new year.
Oh I forgot to mention chances are you will be able to have an email address such as: "[email protected]"

i was thinking of starting an IOW thread earlier on, id love to live there, we go there quite alot and i always see Loads!!! od minis, litterally everywhere, its great.
We saw a sportpack and they had one of those signs which said "mini parking only", and my dad said i wonder what theyd do if they came home and you'd parked your mini there while you went shoping or somthing, ha

Im from the island, theres a few mini clubs around aint there lol like Gregs one and Urs and our little clan that most live in Godshill. But i think a big club should be done personally

No offence, but Greg's club died a death Turned into evo cars/iowcc combined, which is all good fun, but not really a mini club.
That's what I want to do, make a decent, proper mini club with monthly runs etc.

Ooh that was you Yeah that site was crap, hosted on Jammy's webspace as well so not ideal, I've got my own hosting now so I'm just guaging interest. Ask others you know if they'd be interested?

i know i live in belguim, but ive been going to the island the last 10 years, we have a caravan on the island
next time where bringing our clubman estate over with us, wich we bought on the island

How do you know about them lol?

I would think he knows bout them from Steve (Trufflepig) from a certain hobby we all share lol (not minis tho) And simon prob wont be interested in a big club (as he dont have enough time where hes busy plus he dont want all the hassle) as me mate Matt has tried several time's with him with no avail so we just all meet up several times through the year and go in a convoy to shows.

Yeah I figured simon wouldn't be interested, but you must know some people who would hehe.
I still don't get how timmy knows simon... freaking small world....

Steve is a right proper bloke, stayed in his house for a weekend many moons ago! and thus Mark i don't know 'Simon' just seen his minis quite a bit!
