Anyone got any opinions on this?
is it better than K and N cones with stub stacks inside them?

id go with that k&n filters are good but that item is alot better the stub stacks are so much better fro increasing flow as the radi' allows the air to flow better into the carb unlike the sharp flat edge of the k*n

You should combine those stubstacks/ram pipes with the K&N's. K&N filter will work/filter alot better than those whilst maintaing a good airflow (see the yellow bible).

I have a very similar ram in my twin K&N's.

I see, didnt know you could stub stack pancakes...did you mean cone filter??
Hmm, ive heard there is more of a performance increase in the ITG system.

i personally use K&N pancakes with stub stack but you could use the cone shape.

Check the bible on the details for K&N filtration against different materials.

I thought about the K&Ns at first to, But thought id spend the extra on the s/s - you get what you pay for at the end of the day. Heres mine on HS2'S.

overall they are very well made, Can't really say about the noise/performance as the engine is still being built! >_<

Fair enough mate!
They do look rather tastey, leaning slightly towards the ITG, as its a nice package and as you say well made.

I'm of the opinion that sponges filter better but are much harder to clean. Personally I run KN mock-ups on my twins but I am pondering an ITG setup for my new large bore build
