might sound obvious but have you sized up the ej20, i have two ej22 here and they are compact and low weight

I would love to start a cossy 4x4 project but I think I would be biting off more than I could chew.
I'm sure with any type of project on this scale that with the amount of fabrication involved alittle more isn't going to hurt if you decide to go ahead with a different motor.

I hope all goes ahead as planned and keep us updated as I'm very insterested

Duratec is a modern cossy if you visit the right tuners.
and no cast iron block to deal with.
