Well I've got at least 3 knocking about somewhere, but they've been boxed up and stored under our stairs closet (or cwch as we like to call it here in Taffyland) for years.

:)

You tore that out of the 1987 Rover Cars catalogue didn't you?

I know because there was no separate brochure for the Mini Advantage and so back then I acquired a few Rover Cars issues so I could cut the pictures out and stick them in my Mini scrap book.

:D :)

im supprised they didnt hide them when they saw you coming taffy

i just have the nasty ebay habbit of buying them aha

I read somewhere Austin Rover were going to call it the Wimbledon, but changed it at last minute, something to do with rights to use the name. I assume Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Club would have wanted payment for use of the name!

here's a question this car is owned by me and a mate of mine we are converting it to LHD (long story) and he isnt a fan of restoring the car to it'd original advantage state he would prefer doing the red and white job on it thinking it would sell better. What do you all think?? would it sell better abroad as an original advantage or a red and white one???
