Where doing it for the french market and i said we'd get more for it redoing it as an advantage and stating that it limitied edition etc.. i believe this will get a higher price than doing it in red and white and not respecting the limited edition status the car has!!

The Advantage guide is issue 137, Autumn 2007.

cheers for that Jeff  i'll see if i can find it.

you should definitely keep it as an Advantage, they are very very rare in their original trim including the full "net" decal.

he says that everyone looking for a mini will look for a red and white one and not do their homework on the rare factor that the advantage has and they'll just see it as a normal white mini!!

But any real Mini enthusiast will know exactly what it is and it's rarity value will help it sell far more than just another Cooper lookalike.

Does anyone know what the current value of the advantage is?
i have one that i got nice and cheap which needed a respray, i'm trying to see wether it is worth keeping it advantage or not!
