which is fair enough but how many people post when they have a good experience with a company. I've dealt with minisport a few times and had no problems.

I think with most suppliers of anything they are usually good for some things, and not so good for others...

In my experience, as long as what you want, they have "IN STOCK" then there's not much of a problem, just their website does not tell you when it's out of stock, my advice is to ring them to place the order, if you do decide to by from them, and this goes for pretty much any supplier.

In terms of quality, I've had a set of their 7.5" Alloy 4 pots on my mini for 7+ years, and never had a problem with them, however, would not touch their x-pin with a proverbial $hitty stick.

If you can purchase all your items from a single supplier you may save yourself a little on postage, but is this worth compromising on quality of product ?

as a auslander if you ring to conferm the order and stock you get told "its all here" and two weeks later its still not turned up then you ring again to find they are waiting for new stock to come ( ok they all do that) but I have had material failing, parts that do not fit together, and customers that have had nuked engines becouse of materail failing, so stick your head in the block and see what happens.

I find Minisport parts to be very poor quality compared to what is available elsewhere for a similar price. I've never tried their brakes (and don't intend to!), but in my experience their exhausts are appalling.

Hi, went to minisport stands at various shows to buy bits with no problems, but try mailorder and they are worse than useless, i dont bother even considering them now, i use minispares or somerford with no hassles.
Thats only my opinion, everyone has their own choice :P

i bought the minisport 7.9" 4 pot alloy brake kit and its really good! no problem with delivery or fitment.

the only gripe i have is the guy on the phone was next to useless when trying to find out if the 7.9" calipers would fit my wheels. but i trusted my own judgment and they fit no probs. 10/10

I dont think their "Own" products that require any machining on their behalf are up to scratch, so your left with products that are from another manufacturer being sold through minispares, wich like stated can take months to turn up because you never know if they're in stock. I have stopped concidering them as a serious parts supplier.

I've noticed you're from Shrewsbury foodboy.

I've got minisport alloy 4 pots on my mini and if you want to see a set of them fitted to a car, I'm only about 20 miles away! :P

I like them, the service can sometimes be 'slow' but as with all suppliers, it's SO much better if you phone them and talk to them!

IMO, the calipers are a good piece of kit!

I use mini sport for nearly all my parts (being 5 mins down the road from me helps) but I cant fault 1 product I've ever had off them or their service but I have read a few nightmare stories about mail order although when by accident they sent me some parts that had to be ordered in it was pretty damn quick!
