MITP have contacted me today and we might be able to have a TMF stand for a max of 15 minis!

I will try my best to sort this out.

It means cheaper tickets (sorry to those that already have them) and some TMF cars on a stand!

Those of you that are already going will have first chance to have your mini on the stand (if you want) so let me know if you interested, asap as I will ring tomorrow to sort this out.

If you havent got a ticket and want one then let me know on here ASAP as again I will ring tomorrow to sort this out.


[My appologies that I did not sorted this out earlier but I've been really busy at Uni and didnt have the time to organise it, however MITP contacted me and we are still able to sort it out (I assumed we had missed the deadline, but no! )]

Yes please I would like to go on the stand, I have booked to go on the stand with London and Surrey but as yet haven't heard anything from them.

ok, i feel better now. I haven't been to a Mini show in the Clubby for nearly a year!! Looks like I'm going to be able to make it CB - unless something goes drastically wrong!

I'd love to have my 25 on there - but its a bit poo at the moment!

only got a chrome grille / no plate housing... the rest is orignial - getting bits at the show.

Put it on anyway, at drag was mine was standard and was on the stand.

Ive just sorted out the stand at MITP, unfortunately only the tickets I have booked today allow access to the Stand.

This mean that we can only have 6 minis on the stand. There was now way of getting round this.

So the 6 are:

1: CharlieBrown's place for someone nice
2: Spoonz's mini
3: Tipcat - I will get you a ticket tomorrow
4: Mattvallins - I will get you a ticket as well
5: Minipixie
6: Minis84 (Possibly - He better get that mini running!!! CB)

However as its my fault I didnt organise this earlier I will let someone else have my place on the stand.

As for who gets that I will organise with TMF staff to make it fair.

My apologies for those who now cant make it on the stand, but please come over on the day!! (at least we will have a place to meet everyone)


If you still want a ticket I MIGHT be able to ask for more so please let me know by Sunday!!!!! - This could get you on the stand!!!

We've been well shafted by the organisers ( two years in a row I may add ) and yet again have no stand, even after booking one last year...

Also have you seen the line in the regs which says you need to have third party liabilty insurance cover... ! flipping cheek...

I know it's not expensive, but at this point I'm beginning to think that the organisers are trying just a little too hard to make it difficult for clubs to attend and maybe they should re-evaluate who the show is for ! ??

(rant over) see you there, and maybe looking for somewhere to park me seat for a couple of hours !!!
