I Think Its My Lambda Sensor Thats Causing My Problems.

-Not Being Able To Start.
-Cat Getting Extremely Hot, Melting My Carpet.
-Cr*p Fuel Econemy.
-Idleing All Over The Place.
-Throwing Its Self about lack Of Power.
-Stalling At Junctions, when ever i put the clutch down and stop.

Are they Tell Tail Signs ?

thanks in advance.

Could be a multitude of things, like an air leak in your manifold. This would result in poor economy as too much air gets in and mucks up your lambda readings.

If you suspect lambda sensor you can test it by following this guide: http://www.theminifo...showtopic=67277

Do you know what you emission levels are?

Sounds very much like the ECU vac line is leaking or has come free of the manifold.
