I am thinking of converting my classic center speedometer into an electric - so it would suite my vtec conversion.
I have seen it done here (http://www.16vminicl...der=asc&start=0) but this was conv. the speedometer into rev. and I want my speedo. to stay as is - I want to keep the classic design of the car...

what do you think?

You need one of these: Posted Image
Cable X

This is what I'm using on my 68 Elf VTEC, keeping the stock center speedo.

They only make one model, it just has to have the proper cable end connector. I had to send them an old cable so they could fit the Smith's speedometer.

Sometimes waiting is all that you need - I was starting to think I need to put a new mecanisem into the speedometer.
