Hello
I've just brought some AVO aluminum coil over front shock which are not fitted with springs, can anyone give nme some advise on nwhat sort of lb spring would work best for a road/track day mini, the front corners are 125 kg.

Just as a guidline my hillclimb race mini has 350lbs on the front and 125lbs on the back

Probs not quite the same for you on the road, might need less front and more back

Just a warning if you ring AVO they wont tell you what spring rate to use....when i rang they said its their policy not to suggest spring rates.... i suppose so they can't be blamed for anything.
