ive got my hands on a metro turbo lump with all manifolds and carb and turbo. i want to fit a T2 instead, and wondered if the bulkhead still needs to be cut, as its a smaller turbo. also, apart from the adapter plate on the manifold, what else do you need to do?
will a t2 fit without bulkhead mods?

If you are using the Metro manifold, then you do need to cut the bulkhead.
Other option if you don't want to cut the bulkhead is to use the Mirage manifold. :cheese:

Basically if you use the Metro manifold you HAVE to cut the bulkhead, if you use the Mirage kit you DON'T.
If you go the Metro manifold route you'll have to make up an adaptor plate like you said, you'll also need to rotate the compressor housing, make an actuator bracket, sort out an oil feed and return and cut, rotate and re-weld the exhaust elbow.
