sorry mate, its really not that complicated, just want you to know everything so you can make an informed decision,
have a go at spraying the arch yourself with some rattle cans from halfords,i couldnt spray either but followed the instructions on he can and a little guidance from TMF turned out really well and alot cheaper
you don have to fork out for new dampers and ho-los,this will just ensure everything is spot on before you go cutting away metal, that you might not need to cut!!

Thanks for your advice, I guess it all sounds more complicated than it actually is.

im just trying to maximise the guys options,if he puts the wheels on and they rub,he could just raise the suspension a little rather than cut metal away, just another option for him to help lesten potential rubbing

Will these be OK for 12x6 or will I need bigger arches?

Nice combo Pauly :dontgetit:

With regards to wether those arches will fit finchy, i think they might just cover, if not you will need to go for huddersfield group 6 arches (very similar). The best way is to bolt on the wheels, then measure how far they stick out. All the arches state (on the website) how far they stick out from the wing and go from there :)

can someone with the huddersfield wheels mesure how much they stick out by, from the wing, under the side repeater please.
i would like to know if they are wide enough to match my arches, or if i have to go to something bigger.

Thanks

Chris

hello mate iv got standard plastic arches and they sit 0.5 centimeters outside these i have huddersfield anthracite and they do catch the front on full lock cut the bottom lip out a bit and it solved the issue but ive since been told that raising the suspension with a washer on the knuckle joint would have sufficed however my old man has the same wheels and no rubs at all so i would suck it and see. i love mine and they fill the arches a treat!
