Hello, welcome to my project thread!
I collected my clubby estate on Monday, with thanks to Rob who drive all the way to Essex from Stamford to pick him up! And thanks to Paul who I borrowed the van off:D
Hes a 1975 Clubman estate, standard engine and obviously has been in an accident!
Now ill let some pics do the talking...

Once home i we whiped of the bonnet, grille and bumper



Started geting to the welds on the wing



NEW DAY!!!

Got engine running better. Cleaned points, new dizzy cap etc.



Chris my brother then got to work on getting the wing off!



And we started to pull the slight dent straight



We poulled the filler out of the scuttle to wing gap to see what im left with, not too bad! Air vents arnt to great though!
Chris tired at the end of a hard day work!




So what im left with, rust... at the end of the sill, of the scuttle, doors, windows, arches... should be an interesting 1st project!!!


So what do you'll think then??

looks like its the start of somthing with serious potential, how far does the damage go? has the subframe damaged the foot well floor?

Damage is only on exteria panels which is great and floors and subframe are both good:)

Its going black and cream, cream roof, arches, wheels mabey and interia the same:P Engine wise, its staying standard until boby work and the inside is how i want it, then i can save up for a 1275 or simalar

didn't realise you would have an army helping you!

mmh, i may have to have a looks one day if im passing
(job on in the summer that means we will be going past your neck of the woods every day for abit)

The clubbly looks very nice and looking fairly solid for its year shame about the front end damage what are your plans or you keeping it as it is.

i would honestly be more than happy to spend a day on yours!

i would have to be regulaly topped up on tea and bourbons.

Yeahh hes a Fat boy, he cant help it.
Plan is to have a kindof custom interia, im planing to have a black and cream theam, with group 5 arches, big wheels, not sure what wheels yet. De rust the shell, and get him painted, then ill go from there!

No specific deadline to be honest, be good if it co-encided (wahoo big word, proberbly spelt wrong) with me getting my licence I want to get it done sooner rather than later!
