Hi

Ive got a 2000 W reg Solar red/Black cooper, i have been offered a set of red LED neon tubes for £30 off a mate, and was considering fitting them to the underneath of my car, i would like your opinions please.

If you think it looks good then do it. Its like the same posting thats going at the moe regarding LED in boot instals being chav or not. The main thing is that you like it. Personaly i dont think its a bad idea, just dont drive around with them on as your get pulled over by the men in blue.
And if they dont look right put them on the Bay.

It is important that the bulbs themselves cannot be seen from the front/sides of the car for legal reasons.

£30 is a bargain price and you might as well get them, after all you can always turn them off. Depends whether your into the bad-ass street look or not

Providing you put them far enough under that you cannot see the actual bulbs.
Theres nothing worse than when people strap neons to the edges of their car...
