Hi

Does the engine need to be a carb version or an A series for fitting a turbocharger, ,as i have a 1275 MPI K series engine.

Cheers

1275 MPI K series  :w00t: You may be a little confused. K series is either 1.1, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, 2.0 and 2.5 litres the latter two being V6 :w00t: The only engine I know of with a standard capacity of 1275cc is the A series.

Sorry "A Series"

Is this conversion possible for someone to do without any experience with engines?
How do i go about looking for a metro turbo engine?
Bearing in mind my mini is as standard how much will it cost for a full turbo conversion e.g. engine, intercoolers, gearbox etc?

Cheers
