Does anyone know about a cooper that has had a conversion?? My cooper s has a receipt from the previous owner from John Cooper garage stating that my Mini has had a S works 90BHP conversion fitted. So does this make my mini a S works?? This is getting complicated...Please help.

Looks like you have an S works conversion.
Your mini should be twin point injection and should have a plaque from John Cooper Garages on the crossmember by the drivers seat which states the conversion number.

Strictly speaking an S works was a car originally supplied and converted/registered by JC garages -
as opposed to one which was taken to them at a later date for the conversion.

Hope this helps.
