i bought a twin dtm exhaust off ebay from jonspeed racing
it is a shop so it should have been sent

i paid by cheque and he has marked payment recieved
it cleared on the 8th and now has been 20 days
ive sent him emails and he has failed to respond

anyone know of jonspeed racing? might be on this forum

dunno how to go about reporting him and stuff, will i be able to get my money back?

hey, thanks for the reply, sky has cut me off cause of non payment and my mobile has no credit :lol:
so im not able to contact them :cry:

doesn't the internet use a phone line? :cry: sorry to hear you've had trouble. Definately worth calling them to see what's happened.

I have bought some parts from them and not had a problem. I would recommend ringing them though.

feeeeew, thats put my mind at rest

im gonna have to do that, need to borrow a phone, il sort it out tomorrow

need to keep my cool
really annoyed at them

Then my exhaust arrived 20 days later and i got an email the same day saying sorry for inconvenience only just saw the emails :cry:

But it arrived in the end thats the main thing

not good
but yeah, got it in the end :lol:

im not in any rush at the moment for it but i paid 12.95 for p&p
would of thought it would of been here, but obviously not
im gonna have to deffinately ring them
and im deffinately not giving them good feedback
as a business, they need to get there act together

Did they charge you 12.95 for 'fast delivery' or just because it's heavy?

im not quite sure, but im pretty sure it doesn't take that long to come

they told me there was a delay in delivery to them and i wont receive it til the end of feb.
im not that fussed as my car is going to be in bits cause its going for a full rebuild
