Metro 4-pots, referbed with new seals, new stainless pistons & new bleed pipples.
Stripped, cleaned, blown off with airline, painted & during re-build pistons & seal were smeared with brake fluid before easing piston into caliper.
Now fitted to vehicle correctly with nipple at the top. 3 nipples per caliper, 2 on inside 1 on outside.
Drivers side, bleed inside middle nipple, top nipple then outside nipple, all fine.
Passenger side, no fluid out of inside middle or top but able to bleed outside nipple. If i remove the inside middle nipple it has traces of fluid on the sealing taper & nipple is free from any blockage.
Why can't I bleed the inside of the passenger caliper? the fluid comes in directly next to this nipple & the caliper joint where it was split for referb isn't leaking fluid so i know the calliper joints are sound.
Any help/advice appreciated.
Too cold outside now but tomorrow I'll remove the caliper & try bleeding it with just the pads in place, get the pistons moving a bit.

could just be that the piston went in a lil bit too far and is blocking the path of the fluid if u get really stuck u could open the bleed nipples remove the brake cable and put the air line in and blow some air in and see if that sorts it id be supprised if it didnt
hope that helps

Yeh, sounds like piston stuck in the bottom? You could just try closing all nipples and pumping the brake pedal to "pop" it back out?
PS - you are supposed to bleed the two middle nipples at the same time when you've sorted the above

The drilling runs between the lower 2 pots so if you get fluid out of the furthest you're getting fluid in to the nearest to the hose. I think the fluid will just be running towards the upper pots rather than out of the bleed screw. Try bleeding the upper pair a bit and then return to it. You could try a syringe to draw the air through or an easibleed kit to push it.
