Hello to all the digital experts out there, I need some help because i'm useless!

I've got a jpeg image I want to make bigger but every time I use photosuite or epson 'easy' photo print it just goes all pixelated! Is there any program anyone can suggest that's very easy to use to do this?

The image is roughly 1/3 (if that) of an A4 page and I want to make it maybe half to 3/4 of a page, can anybody help???

if you place the picture up im' sure someone can help.

if the resolution of the image is really bad then when you blow it up it will pixelate
