Does anyone know how you attach a grp battery box???

Is it rivetted or what?

Battery box, fit it behind the seats, bolt to floor.

As long as you dont have rear passengers that is. Otherwise you have to mount it in the boot, but it sits onto of the boot floor not in the recess of the standard battery box.

Does the box stop the battery bouncing around? My battery used to jump about so much on corners that it would disconnect randomly in the middle of journeys! ...I just shoved 2 tennis balls down there and it did the trick!

For my road cars i use some thin(ish) polystryne(?) sheet to keep the battery warm & stable (if that makes sense) and for the Mozzie, then the battery will either be a bike battery or Red Top/Optima so will have different battery box for that, and just bolted straight to floor/bulkhead depending on where it is needed weight wise.
