find a fabrication company nearby and go and get some off cuts from them. A damn sight cheaper than B&Q that's for sure

You'd be better going down the local dump and ripping the side of a fridge...


lol ! reminds me of a transit i repaired a while back, i took the carpets up to start cleaning up/welding plates and found somebody had done repairs before me and it had a big "whirlpool" sign stamped into the "repaired floor" lol
