Hello

I recently bought a 1994 1275cc sprite. It is debumpered front and back and has smoothed arches. Pics to follow

All wasnt gravy when i picked it up as afterdrving it home 15 miles the head gasket went .

Anyway i got it home on a trailer eventually.

So

i got the head skimmed today for a mere 30 quid and the gasket set is on order from minisport.

If the gasket is here tmoz il have a crack at that but is my 1st time

Just gotta find the haynes lol and hope it stops raining

Ok i got up this morning, no gasket in post so decided to give the car a good clean

Nice, needs a MK1 grille though! what are you actual plans for it? Looks pretty solid.

Plans are;

sort the head gaskets issue out tmoz hopefully if minisport hurry up.
Fit cigarette lighter
Fit dash speakers
New mat set
Tidy up some of the bodywork - crack in A panel
Swap the classic cobras for sum new ones hopefully
Black and silver plates
Fit hilos on the front as rears already fitted

1.5 rockers
stage 3 head possbily
a few more performance upgrades

Possible rear cage
The list goes on lol

Sounds wicked, they're all 'luxury' things in my book, stuff that doesn't need doing but it's just nice to have, aside from tidying up some of the bodywork, nice

Yeh my priorities are the head gasket and bodywork atm nothing more.

yeh just gota adjust the rear hilos which is a quick job

Then wil lhave to fit the front hilos and coil replacements gota find a tool 1st
