Righty, not really a technical problem, although it is a technical question.

We currently have a spair metro 998 A+ block here at home and my dad was wondering if anyone could tell us if it was a high compression engine or not? He read somewhere that a guy had an engine of this spec. and it WAS high compression.

number: 99H907P164520

He was also wondering if anyone could give us any info on this engine number, it's an automatic. Is it also a high compression?

number: 99H882P101561

And finally, have any of you had any experience with mini sport fast road cam kits? any good? much improvment etc.

thanks in advance,
nick

Actually the H after the 99 means its a transverse engine..99 means its 998

I did a search for metro engine numbers, and after the P there should be a H to indicate High compression
