You sure are helpfull on here and quick I will try to fit it this weekend if weather is ok.
Now that does not read right does it surely I will require some of the wet stuff or maybe I'll just drive it and enjoy.

thats a thought looking at the velleman kit...it can set a delay for the higher speeds of the wiper too can't it

haha just looked at the diagram provided by darkscamp..the IC is indeed a 555 timer :-
