Hi all
I seem to have a fair bit of play in my steering column - I stripped it - put an oil soaked fibre bush in the bottom (oo-er) and a new plastic top bush - all greased but it seems to have a good clunk
All the play is at the top
Any ideas ?

its an old mini just showing its age lol if its that bad just replace the steering colum as it theres still play its prob had it

seems like ur steering column is gone, i had the same problem, i've adjusted it till it ended up with a totally worn and unsafe column.. so get a new one, safety first!
