Well I got about a 150 miles on my rebuild 1330 21253 ae pistons 10:1 comppresssion with a kent 266 cam.
I had the engine at the normal operating temp throttle wide open and checked readings after 4 cranks and after 8 cranks wich is about where the readings maxed out.

Then just for kicks i threw a little oil in 1 of the cylinders and i got like 240 after 5 or 6 cranks is this normal. And are these normal numbers for a healthy 1275

yes quite normal within 10% of each other

they look fine to me, but you really should quote units.
