I'm about ready to install a new verto clutch assembly and flywheel but just want some questions answering.
My standard original flywheel has no contact with the crank like a pre-verto clutch and relies on being bolted to the diaphragm and pressure plate then they slide on the tail. Is that correct?
Does anyone know where to get just a verto diaphragm? as mine has score marks and i wont be reusing it, the pressure plate is in good condition and i've got a new friction plate and release bearing and don't want to fork out for a whole kit for just the 1 item
Thanks

terminology is all wrong
Are you talking about the thing that looks like a top hat that the release bearing sits on? in which case you will either have to buy a clutch kit that has one in it or find a good used one

Vertos are a bit of a so and so to change-not impossible, just difficult; I STRONGLY advise you to fit new everything so you wont have to go in there again for a loooong time.
