hi all this is my project

Posted Image
its a clubby (obviously) with a 1275gt lump in it, you veterans may remember it as brawlyrox's old clubby.

my main intentions is to get it mot'd and ready for bh2n 09. but slowly on my days off will be doing work ie, getting the engine running well, cosmetic work and rust busting.....
its has been a good start as we (dad and i) got it started after a while, i think the last time it was started was castlecombe 07.

the sill and the a'panel needs to be replaced or bodged, its good that i have contacts in sunny st ives..

the engine needs a bit of a clean up, a lick of paint here and there, i fancy getting one of them fancy coloured rocker covers (red?).
Posted Image

i already have a good dash to fit but needs to be upholstered, and i want some new clocks
Posted Image

also i am gonna carpet the back seat area

to be continued..................

update

i took him to get him mot'd and it passed with an advisory sheet.....

which is
- nearside front bearing has slight play
- nearside sill
- nearside (to wheel cylinder) brake pipe sightly corroded
- offside (to wheel cylinder) brake pipe sightly corroded

not a bad list to keep me busy

and other cosmetics..........
taking it to the mot place gave me a good chance to give it a good drive and he is running ok but may need some fine tuning.....
