okay...

here it is...

finally...

without the effort of my german mates jan and ellen this wouldn't have happened! (i told you us germans are good organisers... )

here are the links for all the 4 stages:

day one - Brands Hatch - Namur
day two - Namur - Nürburgring

and back...
day three - Nürburgring - Namur
day four - Namur - Brands Hatch

please keep in mind when reading the route that the software can't confirm the exact address of the hotel in namur! a little treasure hunt there is the challenge... :cheese:

print these planned routes off and keep them with your maps please!

hope we will meet at least at the ring...

If your driven on your own i would advise you get your Head around the route....

But please do reliy on following other, you must no the route, it will be in your packs as i say but maybe mark it out on your own map what you will be takeing...

I will have maps and a satnav, and a co driver who can read maps. And a CB. Stick to me like glue - we'll end up in Norway before you know it...lol

As I'm living in Belgium (in the Flemmish part, you'll be driving through the French speaking part), I have to say that the routes named as A27, A7.. are beter known with their E-names. So you migtht find it easier to follow the signs indicating E42, E19 (green signs).. rather then the A-names. So maybe it would be convenient to write these down next to the instructions on the map24-roadbook.

I wish you all a good trip and maybe I'll come and have a look at the mini's in Namur ("Namen" in Flemmish, wich is Dutch for "Names").

Falk,

I had a look on the www.uk.map24.com website in an attempt to print off the maps which correspond to the routes you've planned.

I personally find that it's much easier to navigate off marked-up maps off these nav sites, than to try and follow the individual way points.

It looks like it's going to take me quite a while to put together the maps which tie-in exactly to your routes, so I was wondering if you have already downloaded the relevant maps? If so, could you kindly post these as well as .pdfs?

Please don't go to any extra effort on the basis of this request, it's just that I'm not familiar with this part of Europe at all, and I didn't want to risk printing off the wrong route maps if they don't correspond exactly to your way points...

Thanks heaps in advance.
