hi
im thinking of rebuilding my mpi engine again and i really dont want to have to take the pistons off my con rods, they are press fit and are hassle, and dry ice is hard to get hold of on a regular basis for me.
does anybody know if you can use fully floating pins on reamed out little ends with teflon buttons on 21253 pistons? or is mega/omega the only choice, also are the mega pistons the same dish as 21253? i thought 21253 were 8cc and megas were 14cc? (or are they the turbo ones) or do i need to use the flat top pistons? im going +40 if that makes any difference to compression. what would you recomend? the head and block has been heavily skimmed already to give 195psi cold on 21253 +20

also has anyone got a not too ragged set of standard 1275 pistons they want rid of? the ring to groove clearance on my spare engine is HUGE and i want something to tie me over untill my good engine is finished.

thanks
chris
